Check in was easy and quick, the staff were helpful when the questions arose when checking in. I was seen early by a few minutes from my appointment time. The service was quick and efficient, and the PA who saw me made sure all my and my wife’s concerns and questions, without making us feel rushed. And the front desk person made sure we had all the paperwork we needed as we were using our health spending card and would meet the requirements. good atmosphere, friendly and competent staff, this was my first visit and will come back.

Promptly address the patients with a polite and sensitive treat. The PA took the time to really listen and assess the cause of illness. Explained the course of treatment and what yo expect. Was a great experience even though feeling sick is not a great feeling.

We had an appointment and were in and out in a hour. The staff was courteous and we really liked Sara the PA.

MedPost works with the VA so I didn’t have to wait for an appointment at the VA clinic. I couldn’t be seen as a walk-in because of the number of patients, but they put me on the visit list and saw me right away when I came back at 7:30. They stayed open late to finish my appointment and made sure all my concerns were addressed.

I was able to see the physician quickly. I called ahead and scheduled an appointment that morning. When I arrived I was seen within 10 minutes. However, the receptionist got my insurance information incorrect and charged me for a specialist copay which is $95 not $40 for regular dr visit
