I called to make an appointment with a specific provider, and the person on the phone said that it was not possible. She sits not have access to the schedule. I have done this before, just a couple weeks ago. Didn’t she want to , or does not know how to?

Quick help, 24/7. They can handle minor issues that we are forced to go to a Dr. for (such as bronchitus, where you have to see a Dr just to get a prescription for Amoxicillin, unlike other countries where you can just go to the pharmacist and get it for $6). Great to not have to pay the “prescription ransom” BS.

Smelled clean when entering the building, friendly greeting from front desk staff, provider was very detailed, visit went smoothly.

Place is very clean, staff is courteous and nice with patients, Dr. Shah, PA-C was very knowledgeable and listens carefully everything and also examine thoroughly. This should be first choice Urgent Care. Would be more glad if they start taking health choice insurance in near future.
