Very competent friendly accessible for immediate issues, However, I should not when i am ill, have to make sure your employees do their jobs. Waited at Walgreens for 40 minutes would not clear payment for meds. 1hr later at home numerous forwarding to wrong numbers i was finally able to contact someone who could identify the issue. Your employee did not call and inform the VA of my visit as required by your contract. Went to the CareSpot location involved(St Augustine Fl) next mornin and they gladly immediatly resolved the issue. Thanks again for your dedication and excellet care for Veterans under the new Mission Act Program.
