It was efficient. Although I had prescheduled for 2 I still waited 45 minutes. I am wondering if making appointment ahead of time makes any difference. I’ve been to Archer Road and Mid Town. The Mid Town wait is short, but may be because not many people go there.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I fully expected to wait for hours but the online check in gave me an appt time and I was done very quickly. The doctor sent my prescription to the pharmacy immediately. Painless and effective. Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had.
