It wasn’t crowded when I was there on Valentine’s day at 8:40pm. Everyone there was professional & quite nice. The atmosphere was pleasantly quiet. I saw Dr. Scott Mastores & really appreciated him taking the time to explain when to use foot boot, how to use crutches, keep my foot elevated above my heart and to apply heat on my foot 4x a day until I can get into see Orthopedic Doctor. He even adjusted the crutches to accommodate me better & had my boyfriend come back in & suggest he do his best to offer me moral support while I adjust to my (temporary) new way of getting around!

The staff is very personable and extremely understanding; when you don’t feel well your a little off so they work to get you diagnosed and a plan to get you on the road to feel better .

Setting an appointment and waiting from home is a lot better than having to be in the waiting room the whole time, especially with a small child. Assessment and diagnosis were quick once the healthcare professional arrived.

Competent, warm P.A. Nurse/xray tech also warm and competent. But visit took 2.5 hours to Dx sprained ankle– PA said she was delayed by some emergency patient. They provided a CD of the X-ray, crutches, ace bandage, and they consult remotely with a radiologist who reviews the X-ray. Overall, I would return for similar injuries.

Our family is always relying on this location in Litchfield Park because they are always quick, clean, kind and healing!! Highly qualified from wax buildup to major illness & everything in between. I am never shy when somebody asks for opinions on urgent care needs. If they are unable to treat what’s wrong, heart issues, such as in our case, and broken bone X-Rays, they present you with a fast pass to get into the ER @ Abrazzo for care without being at back of line upon arriving. I can’t say enough great things about this location of MedPost!! I appreciate them greatly. -PKing

Close to my house. A good place to go if you are a veteran as they are a part of the Veteran Urgent Care Plan.
