Fast, friendly service. Price for DOT physical is in line with the going rate. To walk in and walk out within an hour is stellar. I realize I had about timed my visit perfectly but still, the check in process is quite streamlined since I had already visited another Care Spot location in the past. Jenny was very personable and professional as the P.A. who did the guts of the physical, but so was the other lady who assisted her. The receptionist was very professional but also someone you could warm up to easily. Even an employee who had just finished his shift chatted for a few minutes before leaving. This sort of public relations is above average and definitely better than would normally be expected at a medical facility. The many flat screen t.v.’s were a nice touch to help take my mind off my visit while waiting in reception, and in the exam room. *No points deducted for not having a t.v. in the rest room!*

The walk in convenience. The staff was friendly, the doctor was very kind and sympathetic! Which is not something I find with most doctors.

Everybody takes good care of me when I’m there and they’re very nice and clean and I never have to wait that long so I always come there I like the one in Middleburg

Nice environment, coffee & tea, very friendly staff. Pretty efficient sign in system. The wait time was reasonable compared to CentraCare.
