I had made an appointment and was seen in a reasonable time after the appointment time considering it is an urgent care and emergencies take precedence. The doctor I saw was knowledgeable and gave me a prescription to help with my problem until I can see my regular doctor..

Never go there again without appointment – very long wait. Second visit (these were work related exams and immunizations) I made an appointment and breezed in and out. Staff and providers were professional and personable. Will return if need arises.
