We were impressed by the professionalism and efficiency with which we received service and the same professionalism and efficiency we witnessed for all other patients around us. Starting with the woman who checks in patients. She did a wonderful job triaging and expediting patient registration. As an RN I was impressed with her compassionate handling of each patient situation. I witnessed her (correctly) redirect two ill patients to the Emergency Department for valid clinical reasons. She came out from behind the desk when appropriate to talk to sick patients and respectfully and calmly managed each situation. The check-in process was efficient with the tablets. We were seen quickly despite there being a lobby full of patients. Everyone was in and out quickly that we saw. The facility was very clean and well lit. The providers were wonderful. The nurse and APRN who cared for my son were kind, compassionate and efficient. They did not do anything extraneous and they did not cut corners. They were very efficient with the interview, examination, communicating results and explaining treatment options. I complimented each staff member to let them know they were doing a wonderful job and thanked them all for being there. I believe several were working overtime to meet the high demand this time of year. Thank you for providing a wonderful care environment not only for my son and myself but for all the patients who came to your facility for care. We are new to Florida and grateful to find a reliable and welcoming place to receive care if or when we need it. My son was seen on the evening (around 1930) March 2nd. As I do not recall the staff’s names please pass along our gratitude for their wonderful work ethic and compassionate care.

Wonderful and very friendly service! This was the most thorough and the fastest urgent visit I have ever had! Amazing staff, definitely recommend and will be back if I have to use urgent care again.
