The staff is nice, patient and pleasant as well as caring. The wait is not ever really that bad. I enjoy going to MedPost for my urgent and minor health needs for my family.

Everybody is super friendly, always able to get in without waiting to long, building is always clean and ready to go. I would always refer to family and friends.

The nurse and Dr. were very nice. I was in and out pretty fast which was nice when you feel horrible. The only thing I would recommend is, I asked to get the Walgreens closest to 1604 and Helotes on Bandera road but they sent it about 30 minutes of traffic in the opposite direction. Traffic was bumper to bumper and when you feel really sick that makes a big difference, otherwise everything was great. Thankyou

I did not have to wait long, I was able to make an appointment. The receptionist were both very friendly and helpful. The nurse was very sweet and concerned. Dr. Proctor listen to me and checked me and was able to help me feel better. The place was clean and organized and very relaxing.

I did not have to wait long to be seen at MedPost by the PA on duty. He was very personable and helpful in explaining the treatment plan he recommended. The staff was also courteous and professional.

Ms Border was very friendly and went out of her way to help and treat me. The receptionist was also very nice, the tech, however was rude and unprofessional.
