Easy to reach. Open on Sunday. A human being answered my phone call. Very friendly and understanding staff and medical professionals. Giving me this form of feedback rather than a pre-programmed response sheet.

Everyone was friendly and appropriately concerned. The clinic was clean and welcoming. The doctor (filling in that day) sat and really discussed my issue and made suggestions for follow-up with a urologist. I felt very comfortable with her knowledge and concern. It was my first experience with an urgent care and I rate it A+!
