The front staff was very nice and helpful as was the tech. The PA was very thorough and knowledgeable.

The staff. from checking in, to leaving, were quite customer focused. They were all very pleasant. The lady at the front desk, the nurse, and doctor; each took time to let me know what would be happening at the next step. The service was efficient, and when minor pain was incurred treating my injury, apologies were made. Of course with an injury ( a deep cut on my hand), I expected pain, but it was touching they made it feel as they were personally sorry…this was actually quite nice and touching. I will recommend to family and friends, this urgent care facility. Thank you all for your service.
