I really like that you can “sign up” on line and reserve your spot. It makes for a shorter wait time, and I appreciate it very much. Also, the staff, from the people up front, to the medical providers, they all are always very kind and make you feel comfortable. I always recommend MedPost to others. The staff is friendly, courteous and thorough. It is a much better wait time than the ER. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable.

Carespot appointment scheduled online for 97 year-old mom for 2:15, completed computer pad questionaire, waited only few moments for entrance to exam room, Male nurse arrived was so kind and caring to ask questions about mom’s condition. Hearing blocked, doctor arrived for exam, questions to mom, caring expert advise, nurse flushed out mom’s ear with care and expert professional service. Doctor returned to give additional advice when home. We are pleased to use Carespot and highly recommend, thank you

We like the Medpost at Cerritos, CA, because it is very close to our house adn it has good doctors for the patient. Only, I have complain for the appointment system. In few months, I took the appointment, still, we have to wait for long time. somebody has to look in this appointment system. So when patient get appointment, does not have to wait. Thanks
