Professional, fast registry and check-in. The doctor diagnosed the medical issue quickly and he was so kind. The nurse provided excellent, fast solution and was empathetic. Very satisfied with Medipost!

I liked how I could sign in online. One thing though, maybe as each person uses the tablet sanitize it before handing to next person. I know I coughed all over it.

Booking on line very easy, great way to chose most suitable time. Facilities modern, clean, pleasant. Dr. very professional, friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Diagnosed quickly, explained treatment protocol clearly, let me know what to expect. Overall, a very positive interaction.

The employees were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was pleasant and calming . The receptionist came over and helped me with my electronica check in pad . She made you feel at home . It was quick checking in but the room they put you in was a bit lengthy on time sitting . The doctor was very thorough and a good listener and she went out of her way to help multiple people . They seem like they generally care about your well being not just pass you from nurse to nurse . So I would definitely come back and recommend this urgent care to any family or friends. . Immediately was greeted and ask what was purpose of visit. Spent very little time waiting informed each step and answered all my questions. Very compassionate and helpful. Did not rush me thru like most urgent cares and referred to me by my name. Wonderful experience will go back and recommend this CareSpot to friends and family.
