The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The facility was clean, and they seemed to have the equipment that they needed. I was able to get an appointment the same day, and there was a radiologist on duty to professionally view the x-rays. They accepted my insurance. Very pleased with the experience.

The Doctor was pleasant and through. One comment about the clinic was our appointment was for 2:00 pm and we didn’t see the Doctor until 4:00 pm. This certainly needs to be streamlined.

the get in line on-line function is awesome. the last thing you want to do when your sick is sit in a waiting room with other sick people for hours. the service was fast and the staff was courteous. I like that this facility is directly associated with my group healthcare (UF Health-Gatorcare). I prefer to see my PCP but sometimes you cannot wait for the next available appointment which could be more than a month out. Carespot is the next best thing to seeing your PCP.
