Called while in pain to see in they could see me on Friday. I wasn’t sure if they took my insurance. Lady on phone checked insurance for me and suggested rather then make an online appointment to just do a walk in. When I arrived, they were aware of my situation gave me a tablet to verify information and offered to come and retrieve it when I got through.I was informed when I arrived that there were 4 people ahead of me but they would get me in as soon as possible. Thank you Rita Border APRN, you were awesome. Being new to medicare and not able to see your assigned PCP right away, Care Spot was a godsend. They even contacted me afterwards to see how I was doing and helped with follow-up care. I give Care Spot a 10 plus rating.
