I like that they were courteous, kind and respectful. we didn’t have to wait too long as we were told when we called that there was a wait and if we could come at 4:00 it would be less of a wait, which it was. The back office/nurse was very professional and the PA was so nice as well as professional and made us feel confidence in here. When we left my 16 year old granddaughter whom was the patient said, “I really like then!” She doesn’t usually say much so that was big.
