I got a very kind and helpful reception at the desk. As a foreigner it can be difficult to go to an urgent care. I felt that I was listened to by the doctor and that my information was used in the treatment I ended up getting. And it turned out to be exactly what was needed.

The entire staff is very courteous and professional. The wait times are manageable and you can make an appointment as well. Overall, it is preferable over visiting any emergency room.

Intake staff pleasant. Dr took time to understand and ask questions to best diagnose issue. No feeling of being rushed whatsoever. Would definitely go back.
