Staff very courteous and fast service (I had made online appointment). The bad experience was through the phone when I tried to make the appointment, a person named Frank told me I had to get pre-authorization from the military. I explained to him that the military clinic told me to go there and I did not need any referral or pre-authorization. He needs to be trained on this issue, please.
