The Nurses, Administrative staff and Doctor were all very professional and quick to get me signed in and even though it took an hour past my appointment time, I understood that Care Spot by law has to see an Emergency Case 1st and that because of this issue put their staff behind on seeing patients with appointments. Excellent care and would go back if needed.
