Friendly, felt as if I had been using this dr.s office for years. Love Amanda at the front desk. PA James is great. The medical asst who did my flu test was fabulous, was not one of those who sticks the stick up your nose and hanges out… it was in and OUT!. FAST AND FRIENDLY!
