I was able to make an appointment for the same day. The online services were user friendly and quick. I was seen very close to my appointment time. The medical assistant and nurse practitioner were both friendly, professional and efficient. I’d use CareSpot again if I ever found myself in need of immediate medical care.

Staff was very compassionate and I like the fact that I saw an MD. The staff in the reception area were very kind and understanding. They didn’t treat me like I had the plague even tho I felt like it.

March 11th I made an online appointment for foot pain caused by gout. I met with Michelle PA and she confirmed I had gout. She gave me a steroid shot and prescription for medication and by that night, my pain went from a 10 to a 6. By the next day I was up walking with little discomfort and by Friday I was out and about. You guys are the best from the front desk, the nurse and especially Michelle. I would not hesitate to come back. Thanks for all you do.
