Front desk friendliness

Erin at the front was very pleasant I could tell she was new, but she was doing a wonderful job, even went out of her way to get correct authorization for my screening, Adam did a great job with the screening and the gal training him was also very nice. The only negative was the girl at the front desk, I believe her name was Jaime, not friendly at all, super short with answers to questions, made me feel uncomfortable telling me I needed another form of authorization from my employer (which I understand) I told her that form had the incorrect name on it and a new one would have to be obtained, she seemed irritated not only with me but with her interactions with other patients in the lobby as well. However, her phone voice with incoming calls, she was pleasant.
