We had to visit Urgent Care during the COVID-19 outbreak. It definitely made for a long wait to be seen. However, the staff was wonderful: kind, helpful, and compassionate. My daughter was seen by a Nurse Practitioner who didn’t act like she had been swamped with patients all day long. She was warm, personable, completely present with us, asked the right questions and listened to all of our concerns. We felt seen and supported. I was so grateful!
