I used the internet to book my appointment and even though the computer had a glich and didn’t have my info, I was pushed forward in the line to the time I was told I would be seen. The tech was friendly and efficient and the physicians asst was good fast but got the job done. I was in and out fast.

This was my second visit to Care Spot and a different person was working the reception area. She too was very pleasant and took my information for the doctor. She informed me I would be seen shortly. The doctor was a thin asian women I forgot her name, sorry. She was very concerned and informed me how the medication should be working. She completed the form and educated me on how to rid of the insects that are biting me. The doctor set up for a follow up visit for the next week. Everyone was just as kind as can be. Thank you.

I liked when you first come in how the women greets you and offers a drink of coffee, hot chocolate, tea etc. I had a waiting time and she informed me I would be waiting for so long and it was less time then she thought. She explained all the forms to complete, sign and return. I thought the entire staff was professional and kind to me. I was received by nurse practitioner Monica Rivas. Dr. Rivas was asking me questions and writing my responses. Dr. Rivas then asked me to explain and was a very good listener. Dr. Rivas gave me the necessary medicines and completed with a follow up visit. Everyone was just great assisting me in this situation. Thank you.

P.A.Dana provided awesome customer service and the staff is friendly. However ,I was at this location on 2/28/20 and I was not too happy with the service.I could not walk because I sprained my feet.Please train your staff to empathize with patients who need assistance. I was very disappointed .I could not walk and I had to ask someone to assist me.Based on my situation, someone should have offered to assist me. There could have been a language barrier. Thanking you in advance. P.S. The other staff members were very nice.
