Nurse practitioner was on point. I sat in the car until they were ready. Went straight to a room. Then to xray to find Pneumonia in my left lung. After a breathing treatment, a shot and meds ordered I was on my way.

The receptionist at Long Beach location needs more training to deal with patients. She is rude and unprofessional!! The intake nurse and Dr. where polite, patient and empathetic to our situation. I would recommend. Therefore, first impression is very important, always.

Excellent service, so quick! Dianne Kyle, ANP is absolutely THE BEST!! Every time I have seen here (sinus infection, bronchitis, strep throat) she is wonderful. She takes the time to listen, she is efficient, gets you in and out!! You all have a GOLD MINE with Dianne. Absolutely the best care! Thank you!!!!
