Fast, efficient and friendly

The services were very friendly and caring. I have Medicare and the few Urgent care centers in my area requested that I pay in advance for services then wait for Medicare to reimburse me. The charges they ask for in advance were very high. I live on social security and chose not to pay those charges in advance. Your clinic did not ask for an advance payment and took the Medicare card . Thank you! Great service

We made an appointment and got right in to see the doctor. The doctor was patient and kind to my child and was able to diagnose and prescribe antibiotics within 10mins. I will definitely return for future medical care.

My husband was seen at 8PM, closing time for Care Spot. I was told that they would see him if we were in the doors before closing. He was seen promptly, and prescriptions given after a diagnosis. Staff was very helpful.

The friendliness of the staff and they take time to listen to your concerns. They also get you in and out quickly! Dr. Spanos took excellent care of me.

The waiting area was very clean with hand sanitizers accessible. Staff members were very friendly. Medical masks were set on the check in counter available for visitors who have signs of coughing, fever, difficulty in breathing as a precaution. The iPad that was used by visitors to enter patient information was sanitized after each use. The doctor and nurses were all very professional to attend my medical needs, an infected pimple. I highly recommend this urgent care!
