Very thorough. Even got a call 2 days later! And everyone there was wearing masks and cleaning constantly!!!

I like PA Gemus (unsure of spelling). Hes very knowledgeable and patient. The front desk staff, a black female, is ghetto and unprofessional. She mocks patients that are calling in on the phone. I have no doubt that she would mock me if I had to call and speak to her.

Everything looked nice and professional. Advent health did not have any masks or hand cleaner, but CareSpot did. The dr who attended to me was helpful and very nice. Great staff.

Made a save your spot in line on the website and I was seen right about that time. With everyone way over the top with this virus that pales in comparison to the flu we deal with yearly, it was good to be seen and treated professionally. They even did a follow up call the following day and the fact it was not just from the receptionist made it even more professional. I never would have figured a walk-in clinic would care as much as they do.
