Thank you for your swift services and response to my daughter. You listened attentively as she explained her pain and problems that brought us in. You took your time to evaluate the need for an ER visit and explained to us exactly what to expect when we arrived. You even called ahead for us, which was greatly appreciated.

Since I was so sick with the flu they took me right in with very little waiting time. The staff was polite. The PA that examined me appeared to be knowledgable at her job. I had to make a second trip in because both my ears became infected. She prescribed ear drops and an oral antibiotic.
