Dr Suarez is an excellent doctor but whoever take care of phone calls and costumer service is really bad! Is not returning phone calls and not giving messages to the doctor about lab work

I appreciated that they accommodated me in the evening without an appointment. The staff acted in a professional manner and the physician was careful to explain my condition (acute sinus infection) and its treatment.
