I absolutely LOVE the care I get when I visit Dr Fran and James at this location. I have been here a total of 4 times this month with my family! They listen to our concerns and really care about our health. I work at Target and have to deal with the public everyday still so my health is my priority! The staff was phenomenal! They were very kind and respectful while addressing our concerns. The dr went above and beyond while speaking to my twelve year old. She gave us exceptional care, and that is rare in today’s healthcare unfortunately. I walked away feeling like we were heard, and like we had a plan going forward.

the facility seemed to be very clean, with materials to use to protect from Covid19. was greeted upon arrival. I was taken back to exam rooms very quickly, and vitals taken. But then two long waits, first for PA to come in, and then after being seen and helped, took a long while for the paperwork to be done and the technician to wrap my leg and I could leave. One thing, the PA told me a different set of directions than was printed on the paperwork I was given about the visit. A bit confusing to know best way to followup. The person at reception desk spoke to me as I was leaving, and that was nice.
