The level of professionalism at this facility was amazing! The young woman at the front desk was so patient and kind with everyone coming in. The folks I encountered in the back were so pleasant and happy. It was a great experience

When you are not sure if you are sick/injured enough to merit the hassle of the ER waiting room, Urgent Care is a good option to get checked out immediately and find out if you can skip the ER or at least know you are waiting there because you need too.
