I arrived almost at closing with what I felt confident was a UTI. The staff was so prompt to get me in and I was so appreciative since I was in pain. This was on Friday evening, I felt I couldn’t wait since my pain wasn’t getting any better. Everyone was so kind and compassionate. I was seen by the PA quickly and my script was sent over expediently to my pharmacy. Thanks to you ALL!!!

I know the staff pretty well here by now and I’m very pleased with their service. Julie and heather at the Pembroke Pines location are exceptional at what they do and very efficient on top of it which I always appreciate.

Shows for of a concern than just doing a job. Informative to the point of covering positive diagnosis, and things that may be helpful of a solution for a cough.

The way that they’ve got everything set up to deal with patients during this time where the virus is so prevalent is so totally impressive! From the masks at the front door, to the hand sanitizer, to having a special place for someone that’s running a fever and possibly could test positive, to the quick in and out and the friendly service of the first person you meet till the last! Really impressed with everything you guys are doing, being a nurse as well kudos to everyone of you for being on the front lines and thank you for everything you do!!

The clinic is extra clean, the opposite of carespot metro west is Nasty where 8-10 patients coughing with and with out masks, and people like me and other 2 went there for a different reason Amount that group, risking my life. As soon I arrived at carespot Kingspoint, I noted, a table equipped with sanitizer, cleanex, before arriving to the front desk where the nurses conduct a covid 19 questionnaire, and not coughing in front of the patients like metro west location. Patients seating keeping distance from each other. I’ll be back.

The friendly front desk staff. The caring doctors and medical team. Most of all the treatment. They work to get you back to your original state of wellness and health before you had your illness or injury. They listen to you on how you feel and get a treatment that addresses your particular situation. They work hard to get you back to your state of health.😊
