The only reason I won’t give a 10 is because of the wait times. I love the availability of saving a spot in line. The staff is super friendly, but the wait is always ridiculously long

The staff was very friendly, the facility was clean and welcoming, and the price was affordable. The PA I saw was named Sam and she was so understanding and helpful. I would gladly come here again.

I received Excellent medical care from your Staff given with much compassion & professionalism. I came in to the clinic feeling so Sick and having a hard time breathing from what I believed to be an allergy infection. Your staff listened to my concerns, examined me for issues and then addressed each of my problems quickly, going above and beyond what I’m sure they’re required to do . When I left the clinic I felt much better and so appreciated being treated with concerned warmth & friendly people😁. I Highly Recommend the Med-Post Urgent Care Clinic located at Thousand Oaks & Jones Maltsburger location. You get 5 👍’s Up from me😃‼️
