We called a head and the “nurse” (not sure his actual title, but his name was Adam) was super helpful, so when we got there they already know the issue, had no wait time except for the women at the desk who I know was just doing her job, made me fill out the paper work on the tablet when I had already given my ID with the same info, prolly not her fault but I was annoyed at the iPad.
