You were able to see me on the same day as my call. Your staff is competent and qualified. The facility is clean. I did not feel as if you rushed me in and out. You were thorough in your examination of me to determine the accurate cause of my illness.

Active listeners from the front desk to the back office and thoroughness of physician exam, concerns and education! Very clean and efficient environment! Waiting time was minimal and screening before check in was very reassuring! You feel that they really care!

Primarily, the customer service was great. I had to wait about 30 min. (other people ahead of me). However, once I was called to get my TB test, I was in & out; Very fast service. Also, picked up test results two days later, & the rep. printed it out, upon request, though; Great service!
