The PA on duty really took the time to listen to my concerns and helped my daughter feel better. She asked questions and came up with a treatment plan. I was very happy.

The doctor was compassionate took a lot of time with me and taught me things I didn’t know and should have known. He was better than the docs I have regularly. Care Spot has a great reputation in my neighborhood. Thank you.

Excellent customer service from front receptionist to the doctor. I love this clinic because its always clean and friendly staff. The doctor listens to tour concerns and explains what he is giving you.

The two gentlemen who checked me in were very patient oriented. Both were great in every way, opening doors, getting me a chair, helping with paper work. Great employees!

The staff is always so kind. The ability to make an appointment makes the experience so convenient. I was in and out quickly but still had all my needs met. Emily is a great provider!!

Very friendly and polite front desk staff! Take pride in cleanliness and sanitary conditions. It’s really hard right now to be sick and not have people feel threaten about having a patient who has a fever and a cough. I knew I had not been exposed to any positive COVID people but it’s hard for people especially in healthcare to not feel nervous. I was treated with dignity but felt a bit unwelcomed which made me very nervous. My test for COVID was negative. I was given a follow up call and given medication I could tolerate. I appreciate all staff and PA who work in these stressful times. I thank them for their dedication. I have 3 nurses in my family who work on the “front lines” in Ohio.

Cleanliness, offered a mask, had sanitizer at door, staff wore masks, efficient checkin, medical issue resolved.
