Everyone is professional and the doctor (Dr. Travis) is attentive to the patient’s problem. He is knowledgeable and very nice. The office is organized and I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes.

I really like the fact that Care Spot takes appointments. It really limits the time you have to spend there. I had an appointment at 6p, and I walked out at 6:40p.

I made an online appointment. The process was fairly quick after I checked in online and signed in at the front desk. It was very clean. There was a little bit of a wait once I got into the room, but considering the health crisis plaguing our country right now, I was understanding. I was diagnosed with a UTI after a urinalysis. I was grateful to be able to get antibiotics at the clinic so I wouldn’t have to go to a pharmacy and be exposed to more germs.
