receptionist / secretary are not friendly- you can tell they don’t like their job and are doing what is necessary. no smiles. no friendliness. lady on phone was matter of fact like she did not care if you came in or not. nurse that did drug screen was very nice. the people that read my tb test were not friendly at all…. it was at job
