My son cut his wrist when he dropped a ceramic bowl on the counter. The cut looked maybe worse than it was so we took him to get it cleaned up and to get stiches or glued. The nurse and doctor were both very professional and did a great job making him feel better and we were in and out in less than 2 hours.

Great customer (patient) service. First, a phone call to a happy voice on the other end told me to come right in or she could make me an appointment: a choice, sweet? Then she told me what to expect, how they were protecting my health and theirs in the world of C-19. On arrival all went as she had briefed. I had barely finished the paperwork (on an easy to follow ipad) when I was ushered to a treatment room (smelling hospital cleaned fresh). Without being too personal, my situation was rapidly assessed, a treatment plan explained to me, medications prescribed and administered (less than 20 minutes later I felt much better). IN ADDITION, and long term much more important to me, my doc asked for my primary care physician. I recently moved here and had not secured one. She then put me into their admin system for referral assistance. Later that day they had a specialty referral for me and a list of primary care Dr’s to contact. I would not hesitate one second to go back to this facility. Did I emphasize they had great customer service? Stay safe, be well.
