The staff were friendly and professional and all had on masks. The facility had masks and hand sanitizer for the public at the front door with several signs instructing you what to do if you had a fever before you entered. The waiting room had markings on the floor to make sure each individual was 6ft apart. The person giving the drug test explained each step and made sure my belongings were safe and made me feel comfortable and thanked me before I left.

I was seen even during the covid crisis. I couldn’t get my doctors office to do anything for my abdominal pain. At least the urgent care doctor did what she could. I apppreciated that she at least did a urinalysis and blood draw and attempted to get me some answers. The office was also kept very clean which was reassuring.

The service I recieved was very professional, the doctor was very careful and precise with the minor surgery procedure I had in making me feel as little pain and uncomfortable as possible, and his assisstant was also professional and helpful with any questions I had.
