I appreciate being checked in and examined very quickly both times I have gone to the Urgent Care facility. The first time was when my son’s puppy jumped on me and left some puncture wounds which needed treatment. This was several months ago and PRIOR to the corona virus issue which we now have. The second time was on the 22nd of April when I had an issue with severe pain in my left wrist. The male nurse who examined me was the same fellow who had treated me with the puncture wound., and he remembered me. Without out an x-ray tech there, he thought I probably had a sprain, gave me a splint and a referral to some place to get an x-ray if I so chose to do so. I opted to wait until the 23rd since I had an appointment with my orthopaedist, Dr. Jacob Heydemann. He also gave me information about taking Motrin instead of Arthritis Strength Tylenol, which I did. That and the brace gave me allowed me to get some relief and be able to sleep that night. Needless go say , he gained some stars in his crown as far as I m concerned.Thank you, Timothy Dalmata.

ONCE AGAIN I HAD TO GO TO CARE SPOT AND HAD THE TEST FOR CORONA VIRUS. THE DR. WAS AMAZING AND PATIENT AND CHECKED ME OUT AND ADMINISTERED THE TEST AND SPENT SO MUCH QUALITY TIME GOING OVER THINGS AND ARRANGING AN APPOINTMENT FOR ME. THIS PARTICULAR FACILITY IN PEMBROKE PINES FL IS HAS AMAZING AND SUCH PLEASANT AND CARING STAFF AND I PREFER THE DRS. TO MY PRIMARY. THEY ARE THOROUGH AND YOU KNOW THEY CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOU MAY COME IN UPTIGHT AND WORRIED BUT YOU LEAVE THERE KNOWING YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS. I NEVER FEEL APPREHENSIVE ABOUT GOING THERE AND WHEN YOU CALL THEY GET YOU IN ASAP. THEY EVEN HELP US I PAD DUMMIES GO FROM PAGE TO PAGE. I LEFT THERE FEELING AS EASE AND THEY ARE MY GO TO PLACE AND PEOPLE. THANK YOU ALL AT PEMBROKE PINES CARE SPOT FOR ALL YOU DO FOR YOUR PATIENTS.
