Excellent professionalism from the front desk to the exam room. I and my wife have gone to this location probably 8 or 9 times since we moved here in 2016. Victoria is amazing. Her attitude, listening skills and thoroughness are fantastic. Our family practice services are through UF but this location is an excellent representation of the Baptist health system. I am not speaking purely from a patient perspective as I live here but work remotely for BCBS of Michigan doing corporate claims, clinical, product and financial reporting. Tks, [FIRST NAME REMOVED]
