Was easy via initial call to set up appointment. Check in was fast,with hand sterilizer and mast supply at the ready. Would prefer not to have had to use a computer pad to sign in during this Pandemic. Was taken immediately to exam room once desk person saw I was there because of sore throat and cough. Doctor was fully clothed in gown, face mask and face shield which surprised me given all the news about shortages. Doctor was very efficient, explained things and quickly took the nose swab. Wish results could be faster than a week. Otherwise, I thought everything went pretty well.
