Courteous, professional staff .. from the front desk to the back rooms … everyone appears to take pride in their jobs and their efforts to assist their patients. Having used this particular Care Spot several times over the past few years .. I’ve never been disappointed or dissatisfied with their service. So, yep, I’d gladly recommend it as a .. go to .. place for non-life threatening medical issues.

I was able to get a rapid Covid test when I needed it, from the Cypress office. The Lakewood office said they offered it as well, but when we went for the appointment they said they did not offer it. We almost missed a trip because of not being able to get the test at the Lakewood office. DO NOT have the serviced on the website if you do not offer said service.
