I had to walk-in because I couldn’t make an on-line appointment (they were full) and no one answered the phone when I called. Other than that, when I walked in I was greeted promptly and was checked in with no trouble and was seen in a timely manner considering there were probably 5 people ahead of me. Everyone was very professional and pleasant and handled my issue efficiently. I would recommend CareSpot and will go there again if I have any medical concerns in the future.
