The front desk lady was truly wonderful. She went out of her way to share information and treated us with such respect and professionalism. She was great to all people in the waiting room. Unfortunately I forgot her name but she’s a black lady with a bun on the back of her head.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile. Everyone working at the Palm Desert location is amazing. Very caring and attentive. They truly care about every single patient. The staff members go above and beyond to keep everyone safe by having everybody that walks in the door to sanitize their hands. I’m forever grateful and thankful for their professionalism.
