I have to say the receptionist (didn’t get her name, very attractive and professionally dressed), was very direct and at first came across impersonal, but after watching her interact with other customers she is exactly what is needed in that office in the Covid environment we are in. She was strict with the rules, clear and concise. It made me feel more comfortable about bringing my child to be seen at that office.
