After visiting on 08/03 and having a very negative experience with the receptionist, I returned on 08/05 Gilbert Fiesta location. The receptionist [FIRST NAME REMOVED] that was working that day was amazing and went above and beyond to correct the issues that the receptionist on 08/03 had created for me. I planned on leaving a negative review after dealing with the receptionist on 08/03 and her beyond poor listening and comprehension skills, but [FIRST NAME REMOVED] was so wonderful and should be acknowledged for her excellent service. She is an asset to your company.
