The young lady that assisted me over the phone when I first called to get the appointment to see the doctor that day was extremely helpful and I could actually felt some form of kindness, I could tell that she was new because she had to place me on hold each time I asked a question but I didn’t mind. Upon arrival at the office I was impressed with the warm welcome from the staff, the desire to help with the friendly smile and also the neatness of the office. I have called place of business before and the attitude I felt over the phone makes me call back and cancel my appointment. They are a fabulous bunch!
