The doctor as usual is very kind and knowledgeable. The staff could be more friendly. However, I came to the clinic the last minute and I am sure that they were very tired. So, Care Spot may have more staff to give them some break. Overall, I am thankful for all the services they provide us putting their life and the life of their family on the line for us. I thought it was unique in every way. In fact l loved the way l was treated so much that l researched whether or not l could use urgent care as my primary doctor. I found out l couldn’t. Staff were thorough, kind, caring and very professional. Recommended to my friends and considering how awful life has become for us all this was definitely a high spot in my life and woke up this morning feeling more relaxed and not stressed as much.
